Recruitment of Foreign English Teacher
The position is offered by Hangzhou Dianzi University, which is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, P. R. China
1 position is available for next term from February 20, 2008 to June 30, 2008.
Teaching Courses:
Listening & Speaking English, English Writing, Survey of English Speaking Countries for non-English major undergraduate/postgraduate students, and Oral English, English Writing, Teaching Methodology, etc. for English major undergraduate students.
Full workload: 16 periods a week. Each period 45 minutes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in English, education or related field preferred.
English Native speaker
Minimum of one year education experience
TESOL/TEFL certification is preferred
Cooperative and team player
What Do We Offer?
Accommodation:
We offer free apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. We do not provide free food.
Salary:
The monthly salary is divided into two parts. The first part is the base pay, about RMB4200~5000 varied with degree levels and teaching experiences. Each teaching period is 45 minutes.
Extra Pay:
￥100 per extra period for courses of Listening & Speaking, Oral English; ￥120 per extra period for Writing and other substantial courses
Transportation and Luggage:
We take care of foreign teachers’ international travel expenses
a.With the tickets reimbursement, no more than RMB8000 for one academic year and no more than RMB4000 for one semester;
b.Without the tickets reimbursement, a subsidy of RMB6000 for one academic year and RMB3000 for one semester
c.Luggage subsidy (RMB500 or RMB1000 depends on he/she comes from China or foreign countries).
