Wangcheng International Education Center is a

business consulting to corporations and

exchange for academics and students between

The current program to help recruit English
teaching people is undertaken with authorization
by a Chinese government agency and in
partnership with the agency, together with
Chinese schools and universities.
The purpose of the activity is NOT to find or
provide a "making money" job or employment for
English speaking people in China. Instead, it aims
at culture exchange by helping Chinese students
learn better English and providing opportunities
for English speaking people to understand China
in a more advanced position. Wancheng
International Education Center is positioned as
a collector of applications and messenger for
purpose of geographical convenience. Chinese
government is heavily involved in the selection
and recruiting process with input from Public
Security Bureau, Foreign Expert Bureau and
Education Bureau. The process is to ensure
that English speaking people invited to teach
are to meet certain criteria set by both schools
or universities and especially the government.
Meanwhile, the government agency also makes
sure that the living and teaching conditions of
any hosting education providers are in
compliance with the standards set by the central
Chinese government.
